Scarlett Johansson was born on the 22nd of November, 1984 in New York City New York. She is an American singer/actress whose range has earned her recognition in a variety of types of films ranging from thrillers and adventures to period films. Johansson lived living in New York City as the daughter of an architect, and also the owner of a production company. Her twin brother Hunter and her were the youngest siblings. When she was a kid she started acting. In fact, by 7 years old She had auditioned for a number of commercials. To improve her abilities, she studied at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute in Manhattan followed by at the Professional Children's School. Her debut came as a film actress in North (1994) when she was nine. At eight, she starred alongside Ethan Hawke on Off-Broadway in Sophistry. Johansson made her debut as a character in Just Cause (1996), but the film Manny & Lo 1996 that was her breakthrough. The film tells the story of two orphaned girls who have fled to escape. The Horse Whisperer (2000) the film in which she played an teen with a defect due to an accident garnered the film critical acclaim. Then in Ghost World 2001 (as the young, sarcastic teenager Rebecca), Johansson gained the attention of a whole new generation. Renee Felice Smith was a child when she began her professional career as an entertainer. She was a performer since she was a child. Smith's parents aided her in finding her first stage role at age six. Smith created a commercial for Dannon. The same as other newbie actresses, she honed her skills on stage. When she performed her stage debut in Wildflower she was also working with various theatre projects in the USA. She graduated from the Stonestreet Studios Conservatory of the New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
